Job summary

Antelope Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time shift on the NOC schedule. You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with the DON/ADON where applicable.

The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and CPR certification, with prior long-term care experience preferred. You will work on-site to support quality patient care during your tour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in this state and CPR certification required.
• Fluent English with ability to read and write medical documentation.
• Knowledge of PCC is a plus; strong supervisory capability desired.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the shift to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy; document accurately.
• Participate in developing and updating discharge plans and care plans.
• Support infection control, safety drills, and quality assurance activities.
