Qualifications

• Required RN licensure in MN (or WI) upon hire
• 0 to 2 years RN experience preferred for mental health
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; identification of outcomes and plan of care
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care
• Collaborate with family, patient, and other disciplines to ensure safe, effective care
• Fulfills organizational requirements; may perform charge nurse or preceptor duties when applicable
