Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Casual RN for the Mental Health outpatient clinic and partial hospitalization programs at Ridgeview. The clinician will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and coordinate care, and collaborate with families to achieve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence‑based nursing and safe, effective care delivery. Casual staff work 8‑hour day shifts, with clinic hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the position offers both in-clinic and remote

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care; supervise progress; modify plan as needed.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporate evidence‑based nursing practice considering current statutes, rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with family and patient to set realistic, measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Fulfill organizational requirements.
• Serve as Charge Nurse or Preceptor as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
