Allure of Geneseo seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our world-class skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct care to residents, ensuring safety, respect, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the physician or supervising nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, treatments, and observations
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
• Participate in in-services and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned
