Allure of Geneseo, a world-class skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our team. We offer part-time opportunities with shifts including a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and a 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Sign-on bonuses are available, with $2,500 for Part-Time positions. Provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, treatments, and observations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards.
• Participate in in-services and continuing education.

Job Summary:

Allure of Geneseo, a world-class skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As a member of our skilled nursing staff, you will provide direct care to residents while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Available Shifts:

We offer Part-Time opportunities with available shifts, including a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Sign-on bonuses are available, with $2,500 for Part-Time positions.
