Job summary
RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (IDD RN) to provide nursing oversight and clinical support for individuals with IDD across the Chattanooga region. You will assist in delivering nursing services, monitor medications, and participate in an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
The role emphasizes clinical oversight rather than bedside care, with opportunities for professional growth and travel to service locations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license required.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum of two years nursing experience; prior long-term care/behavioral health preferred.
- Experience in QA/regulatory/compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist professional staff in delivering nursing services.
- Perform medications storage assessments and remove expired meds.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Observe patient behaviors and report adverse reactions to treatment.
- Advocate for individuals with IDD and participate in interdisciplinary teams.
