Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (IDD RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a supportive, interdisciplinary team. You will provide nursing oversight, administer medications, document vital signs, and collaborate with clinicians during standard weekday hours; 15–20 hours weekly.

Travel throughout the Chattanooga region is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience.
• Experience in long-term care, behavioral health, or related settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists professional staff in delivering nursing services.
• Performs medications storage assessment and removes expired meds.
• Records vital signs and historical information.
• Observes patient condition and reports adverse reactions.
• Advocates for individuals with IDD.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team discussions.
