IU Health Fort Wayne is seeking an RN House Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership across the hospital, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and supporting nursing teams, physicians, and interdisciplinary partners.

The role emphasizes mentoring teams, managing hospital-wide operations, and driving clinical excellence in a growing healthcare setting within Indiana's largest health system. This is a night shift, part-time position with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• BSN required or relevant experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and clinical oversight for hospital operations during shifts.
• Lead nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary departments.
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation.
