Job summary

The Arc Gloucester is seeking Registered Nurses to support adults with IDD in 1-3 residential and day programs in New Jersey. Positions are part-time and/or per diem, focusing on medical and ADL support, medication administration, and crisis response.

Responsibilities include maintaining MAR/E-MAR, documenting changes in medical conditions, and collaborating with the caregiving team to ensure safe, therapeutic care. A NJ RN license and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active New Jersey RN license, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s Degree and age 18 or older.
• Knowledge or experience with supporting individuals with IDD.
• Must pass background checks including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crises and emergencies for individuals served.
• Maintain daily RN and program logs with current status.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform enteral feedings and ostomy care as needed.
• Assist with transfers, safety, and POLST end-of-life support.
• Collaborate with IDT/ISP teams and guardians for care plans.
