TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Treatment Center at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. This part-time day shift (32 hours/week) includes weekend and holiday rotation and supports nurse‑physician collaboration in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, must obtain a BSN within 5 years, and have 2–3 years of acute care experience. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS may be requested depending on unit.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• OTC/PACU or similar setting experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit.

• Perform initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
• Provide safe, patient-centered care while supporting dignity and autonomy.
• Prioritize care based on patient condition and unit needs.
• Safely administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies and initiate interventions.
• Collaborate with care team to evaluate patient responses and adjust plans.
