Job summary

Requires nursing degree, Virginia RN license or compact state, and CPR/BLS. Weekend and irregular shifts apply; sign-on bonuses up to $7,000 for eligible RNs with 2 years nursing experience and up to $6,000 for new grads.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree at least diploma level; BSN/ASN preferred.
• RN license in Virginia or a compact state; CPR/BLS required.
• Weekend and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and plan care.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families; document per standards.
• Ensure safe patient flow and transition to next level of care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree, Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)

Associate's Degree, Nursing (ADN) (Preferred)

Nursing Diploma (Minimum education requirement; ASN/Bachelor's accepted in lieu)
