Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs per standards of practice.
• Demonstrate unit-specific competencies and equipment training.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop and evaluate a care plan.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team for evidence-based practice.
• Support safe patient transition to the next level of care.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure timely care.
• Document compliance with RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality patient care.
