Job summary

New RN graduates and RNs in first year participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program. Requires MS RN license, BCLS, and ability to work varied shifts with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Current Mississippi RN license.
• BCLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of inpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to follow the Nursing Process and ANA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process to support health goals.
• Assist in plan of care and documentation in patient records.
• Maintain certifications and participate in residency program for new grads.
