Singing River Health System is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse in Ocean Springs, MS for the night shift (7 PM–7 AM) in Labor & Delivery. The RN will provide patient care within the Nursing Process, ensure safety, and support a high‑quality standard of care across obstetric and neonatal areas.

New grads join the Nurse Residency Program, with requirements including Mississippi RN licensure, BCLS, and specialty certifications as noted.

Qualificações

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi.
• BCLS certification required on hire/transfer.
• Specialty area certifications: ACLS, NRP, PALS as listed for Labor & Delivery and related areas.
• Minimum of one year inpatient clinical experience, within past five years, or evidence of refresher program.
• New RN graduates participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per regulatory standards.
• Participate in Nurse Residency Program for new grads.
• Maintain required certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC as applicable).
• Report to the Patient Care Manager and supervise LPNs, PCAs, and Unit Technicians.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines; ensure de‑escalation training compliance.
