Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse at Ocean Springs Hospital. The RN delivers patient care using the nursing process to restore health, following state and national standards and hospital policies.

New graduates participate in the Singing River Nurse Residency Program to support transition and ongoing professional growth. You will work the 6:30AM-3:00PM shift with rotating call, collaborating with LPNs and other care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care across patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN-accredited nursing program and licensed RN in Mississippi.
• All RNs must maintain BCLS certification on hire and/or transfer with ACLS for designated areas.
• New grads join Singing River Nurse Residency Program for structured transition.
• Must complete de-escalation training by end of orientation (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process to restore health.
• Collaborate with care teams and coordinate patient care plans.
• Document accurately in the EMR and ensure infection prevention standards.
• Adhere to MS Nurse Practice Act and ANA Standards during shifts.
