Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ocean Springs Hospital location. The RN will provide direct patient care across units, following the Nursing Process to restore health and support patient needs. New grads may participate in the Nurse Residency Program.

Candidates must be licensed in Mississippi and ready to meet the unit-specific certification requirements; a commitment to teamwork and high-quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year inpatient clinical experience within the past 5 years or evidence of a successful refresher program.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program; current MS RN license.
• Required certifications: BCLS; ACLS, PALS, TNCC as applicable per specialty area and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per state and professional standards.
• Participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program for new graduates.
• Follow infection control guidelines and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team.
