Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per MS Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in Singing River Nurse Residency Program for new grads.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Manager and supervise LPNs and unit technicians.
• Maintain required certifications (BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC) and de-escalation training.
• Support scheduling and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
