Job summary

Heathers Manor, a Transforming Age community in Crystal, MN, seeks an LPN for a part-time temporary role (October–November) with potential extension. The position requires working one day during the week and every other weekend, with on-call shifts as needed.

Pay ranges from $30 to $34 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and PTO for all eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in MN in good standing.
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and treatments to residents.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Maintain accurate charting and records and attend required trainings.
