Job summary

Transforming Age's Heathers Manor in Crystal, MN is seeking a part-time LPN to provide compassionate care and support daily nursing operations. The role pays $30–$34 per hour and requires working 1 day during the week plus alternating weekends; on-call shifts may occur.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with an active Minnesota license and prior long-term care experience. This part-time position aligns with a caring, people-centric team culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in Minnesota (good standing).
• Experience in a nursing home or long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to work 1 day during the week plus every other weekend/weekend.
• Flexibility to cover on-call shifts as needed.
• Completion of background check, drug screen, and state guidelines may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Promote Transforming Age Mission, Vision and Values in all responsibilities.
