Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care, supporting residents with daily needs and well-being while collaborating with the clinical team.

Starting pay is $40.00/hr to $48.00/hr with shift differential, plus benefits like medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, onsite centers, and education resources. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia is required and registered with the Virginia DHP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors and cognitive impairment is preferred.
• CPR certification required and BLS CPR must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nursing practice acts and standards.
• Promote resident independence by teaching about conditions, meds, and self-care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Document current, accurate and timely care in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
