Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Part-Time) for the Communications Center with a hybrid work option after training. The role includes 20 hours per week with days/evenings/nights/weekends and 8-week in-person training at the Riedman Center; remote work is possible once trained.

You will assess patients, plan and implement care with the interdisciplinary team, and lead the care delivery with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents plan of care and implements care in collaboration with the health team.
• Leads the care delivery team, demonstrates clinical judgment, and ensures safety and documentation.
