Qualifications

• Current valid licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
• Educational degree in nursing.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (CPR) for the Health Care Provider.
• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers skilled nursing care and administers medications as ordered per plan of care.
• Directs and assigns CNAs, ensuring safe, complete, and timely resident care.
• Completes timely nursing assessments and documents changes in condition.
• Maintains professional communication with physicians and care teams.
• Supports admissions, transfers, and discharges; advocates for residents.
• Documents accurately in resident medical records and follows care plans.
