Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Maryland, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care on a 7:00am–7:30pm shift, every other weekend. Per diem options available for all shifts, with a competitive hourly rate of $37–$46, all inclusive, and daily pay.

The RN will follow care plans, monitor residents, administer medications, document meticulously, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment and care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
