Evergreen Retirement Community in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate team on the AM shift. This role runs 6:30am-2:45pm, every other Saturday and Sunday.

You will deliver holistic nursing care, participate in care planning, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents and their families. We offer a competitive salary and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Compassionate demeanor with patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in staff training and development activities.
