Job summary

Assisting Hands of East Charlotte is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time leadership role as Agency Director and Service Supervisor in Charlotte, NC. The position combines administrative oversight with hands-on client and staff supervision, assessments, and compliance tasks.

The role offers flexible hours (8–10 hours weekly) and remote administrative duties, with in-person visits and assessments required. A NC RN license and supervisory experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Must meet applicable North Carolina qualifications to serve as an Agency Director for a licensed home care agency.
• Home care, home health, private duty, geriatrics, or community nursing experience preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• As Agency Director, provide administrative oversight of agency operations: regulatory compliance, policies, personnel oversight, quality assurance, and communications with ownership and staff.
• As Service Supervisor, conduct client assessments and reassessments, supervise visits, support caregivers, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
