Alamo Rent A Car is hiring a Part Time Return Agent at the Lihue Airport location. The role delivers friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and assists customers with returns, ensuring quick and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with ≤3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Able to work 30–39 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log with unit number, date and time; file with lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue and gauge satisfaction.
• Inquire about service and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check incoming vehicles for damage and direct to the counter for damage/loss reports.
• Verify fuel level and whether the vehicle is being returned full.”
• Create service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Identify vehicles on system hold for return, time, mileage, recall, or other locks and move to proper lot.
• Tag vehicles flagged for grounding or maintenance and move to correct lot.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and smooth traffic flow.
• Seek improvement through self-assessment, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; perform other duties as assigned.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Return Agent at the Lihue Airport - Alamo Rent a Car location (96766). The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient. This pay for this position starts at $20.53/hour. Shift Schedule: 30-39 hours per week, various shifts available.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
