Essential Duties:

• Serve as a legacy coach supporting schools overall successaff
• Analyze relevant data to inform decisions for teaching and learning
• Collaborate and work with staff, students, parents, and community to ensure a high-quality educational program
• Support the accomplishment of the school's mission and vision
• Motivate and lead professional learning communities that improve teacher practice
• Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century
• Provide a safe, orderly environment that is conducive to teaching and learning
• Support and attend school-related or extracurricular activities to enhance coaches, teachers, students, parents, and community relations
• Establish a supportive and positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
• Partner with school leaders to improve schools and staff performance
• Perform other duties as assigned

SPECIAL NOTE: The person selected for this position must agree to a background check, be fingerprinted, and pay a $46.20 fee. This is required by law.

SPECIAL NOTE: For employees starting work after the beginning date of the work term, the salary will be pro-rated and based on the number of contract days left in the school year, divided by the remaining months in the contract year.
