Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and follow all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Process freight, sort and stock products in designated areas, following merchandising guidelines.
• Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload efficiently and on time.
• Actively impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to support profitability.
• Open availability.
