Job summary

New Balance in Sevierville, TN is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example through our Core Competencies and coach associates on the sales floor.

You should bring at least 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. The role requires physical tasks and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates.
• Be results‑driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development of our associates.
• Deliver a great guest experience utilizing our GUEST service model.
• Opening/closing the store.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures.
