Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our stores in the United States. This role combines leadership with hands-on sales, ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards are upheld.

The Team Lead will manage duties in the absence of the Store Manager, drive sales, supervise merchandise, and train staff to deliver a premium customer experience. Flexible hours and a focus on teamwork are expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver consistent sales performance and exceed store goals.
• Organize merchandise and back stock for optimal placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain clean work environment.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Uphold the Clarks brand standards and loss prevention policies.
