Jamesavery is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for Bar W Marketplace in Leander, TX. You will greet guests, assist with jewelry selection, and process sales on-site at our Georgetown/Leander location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
• Enter guest and sales data into POS and obtain signatures.
• Demonstrate jewelry presentation and replace items as needed after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as required.
• Use GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest-owned jewelry.
• Provide product information using in-store tools and training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Meet individual KPI metrics and support store KPI goals.
• Assist management with store KPI achievement and store presentation standards.
• Help with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
• Attend all required meetings and maintain good communication and organization.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Description

The main duties of this position are to greet and assist the guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolves guest issues effectively.
• Enter guest data and other sales data for guests into POS (sales, returns, special orders, engraving, repairs) completely and accurately and obtain proper signatures on guest sales.
• Present jewelry from stock/cases to guest and replace items in correct areas when sale is completed.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry.
• Utilizes GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or phone and when handling guest owned jewelry.
• Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information utilizing in-store tools/training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve established individual Key performance metrics.
• Assist Store Management in achieving store Key Performance Indicator Metrics.
• Assist Store Management in meeting company standards in overall store presentation.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
• Attend all required meetings.
• Consistently demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
