Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Drive positive sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock for optimal presentation.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed.
• Create a welcoming, productive store atmosphere.
