Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Lead operational efficiency: process merchandise, ensure loss prevention, and maintain standards.
• Client engagement: coach staff, enhance customer experience, and drive satisfaction.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities, maintain safety, and support KPIs.
