Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring product flow to the floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
