• Efficiently perform standard alterations such as hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve/tapering.
• Maintain high-quality finishes with clean seams, pressed garments, and proper tagging for pickup.
• Assist with inventory and restock tailoring supplies as needed.
• Provide customer consultations and tailor recommendations to ensure fit satisfaction.
• Support front-of-house tasks and work with colleagues to uphold service standards.
