Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations including pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, rise and tapering modifications, coat sleeves, side seams, and lower collar adjustments.
• Maintain high-quality finishes with clean stitches and secure threads.
• Press garments for a crisp, professional look.
• Assist with inventory and restocking; support front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Engage with customers during consultations and provide tailoring recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by listening to needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Adapt to changing workloads and maintain a neat, organized workspace.
