You will work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include performing a range of alterations, preparing garments for pickup, and assisting with inventory and customer consultations.

Qualifications

• Experience with alterations including pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve alterations.
• Ability to operate sewing machines and presses with precision and care.
• Strong attention to detail and time management to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist, seat, rise, tapering, sleeves, seams, collar) per guidelines.
• Press garments to achieve a crisp finish and maintain cleanliness of workspace.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring tailoring supplies and requesting replenishments.
• Support front-of-house activities and participate in customer consultations on alterations and fit.
• Share tailoring knowledge with staff and assist in training sales team on fitting basics.
