Tailored Brands is seeking a Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to deliver high-quality clothing alterations and precise fittings in a fast-paced retail environment. You will perform standard alterations, measurements, and garment repairs while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate, timely work.

The role supports a team-oriented shop, with opportunities to train colleagues and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proficient in clothing alterations and sewing with attention to detail.
• Reliable, accurate and efficient, focused on customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work at least 20 hours per week and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hemming, waist adjustments, tapering, sleeve alterations) per guidelines.
• Ensure garments meet quality standards and proper tagging for pickup.
• Support front-of-house tasks and assist customers with fittings and alterations.
• Maintain organized workspace and handle tailoring supplies efficiently.
• Share tailoring knowledge with colleagues and assist in training sales staff.
