Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Understand Lilly Pulitzer concept, client, merchandise, and heritage.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the sales team.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and client experience.
• Manage cash transactions accurately according to procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Act as an elevated team member with decision making and multitasking.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Provide feedback on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain store visuals and operational standards set by Visual/Retail Ops.
• Safeguard store assets.
