Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and training

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to improve engagement and productivity.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Assist in stockroom and inventory flow to the sales floor.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
