Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, style preferences, and fit requirements.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback and personalized styling suggestions.
• Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and events to engage customers.
• Maintain client book and follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store sales.
• Assist with outreach, appointments, and event support to grow the customer base.
• Ensure sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with restocking, re-merchandising, and seasonal floor changes.
• Support inventory management and communicate stock needs to leadership.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
