Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies; handle paperwork and cash deposits.
• Support Store Manager in training Store Associates and supervising staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment and protect assets.
