Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Washington Township, Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor. You will sort, tag, price, and move donated merchandise to the sales floor, while keeping spaces organized and meeting daily production goals.

Paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills are provided. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

Retail Store Processor

Location: Washington Twp MI Pay: $14.73 - $17.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods , keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help t rack and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to m eet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
• May make bank runs, price items, or cross train in another department
