Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Clinton Twp MI is seeking a part-time Retail Store Processor to sort, tag and price donated goods and help keep the store organized. You will support production goals while providing friendly donor service and moving processed merchandise to the floor.

Paid training is provided; work alongside a team to meet daily targets. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required for this role with pay ranging from $13.73 to $15.73 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently pursuing.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise.
• Help track and report production numbers.

Location: Clinton Twp MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

About the Role

At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
