Job summary

True Religion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando Premium to support the Store Manager with sales execution, operations, and customer experience. This part-time, non-exempt role will involve coaching associates, leading floor coverage, and upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in store KPIs, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory, key-holder, or management role within a specialty or fashion environment.
• Demonstrated ability to support store KPIs, including sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty, setting expectations and directing shifts.
• Coach and develop associates to support performance and growth.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll controls, policy execution, and compliance.
