Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Familiar with cleaning supplies and safety practices.
• Basic mechanical, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks across the facility, including restrooms and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling; ensure proper waste disposal.
• Clean exterior areas such as sidewalks and parking lots.
• Respond promptly to spills to prevent safety hazards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use cleaning products safely.
• Report leaks, broken fixtures, or damaged flooring.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with store staff and management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
