Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the store.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Ensure exterior areas, including sidewalks and parking lots, are clean and free of debris.
• Respond promptly to spills or other messes to prevent safety hazards and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, using proper cleaning products and equipment.
• Report leaks, broken fixtures, or damaged flooring to the appropriate department for repair.
• Identify and address potential hazards to prevent accidents and participate in safety training.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with store staff and communicate facility issues.
