Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Part-time Retail Stocking Team Lead to support Receiving Associates and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure back-of-house standards, maintain stock and receiving areas, and coach team members to meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Base compensation starts at $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model Back of House standards for receiving/stocking teams.
• Maintain neat and orderly stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
