Burlington is seeking a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead to supervise the Back of House/Receiving team and support Receiving Associates as an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle lift 40lbs+ and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Model back-of-house standards for receiving/stocking.
• Maintain neat stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
• Coach associates and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coordinate meal and break periods.
