Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Part Time Retail Stocking Team Lead for our Back of House/Receiving team. You will lead Receiving Associates, model back-of-house standards, and help bring merchandise displays to life in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weight 40lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Receiving Associates by modeling back-of-house standards.
• Maintain neat stock, receiving area and sales floor.
• Coach associates in the moment and recognize performance.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
